Computing Laboratory

Our Computing Laboratory serves as a vital hub for teaching and learning within the Department. It supports major courses with specialized software such as RStudio, Google Earth Pro, OpenGrADS, MATLAB, and ArcGIS Pro, providing students with hands-on experience in data analysis, geospatial tools, and scientific computing. In addition to core curriculum use, the lab hosts general education classes and science outreach workshops, fostering broader community engagement. It also functions as a collaborative space where major students can study, work on group projects, and engage in academic discussions.
