EES Machine Learning Workshop 2025

The EES department have had a machine learning workshop provided to our own students, staff members and alumni in July of 2025. There were six lessons which covered the topics here,

• The whole process of using machine learning models to accomplish tasks (Worked EES examples included!)
• Supervised and unsupervised statistical machine learning methods
• Introduction to deep learning (Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN) and Transformers (eg.ChatGPT))

More than 10 EES members have joined the workshop!
