Our Policy
Being a member of the Science Faculty (“Faculty”), the Department is fully committed to upholding both the Faculty’s and the University’s Policy on Diversity and Inclusion (“Policy”). We value each individual within our community and firmly believe in the potential inherent in every member. Recognising that our members come from diverse backgrounds, we are dedicated to fostering an environment based on the core principles of Openness, Civility, and Inclusivity. We hold mutual respect for all individuals, regardless of their differences, and ensure that opportunities for admission and professional advancement for staff and students are determined solely by personal merit and performance. Our goal is to cultivate a supportive setting that empowers everyone to progress toward achieving their aspirations.
